We farm with traditional, organic methods, knowing that deep healthy soil is key.

Your summer screen house dinner starts in February when we fire up the greenhouse. There is a month or two of planning, sorting, seeding and snipping before we plant out all the flowers and produce.Then it’s all garden all the time…

Lettuce and radishes come first, spring onions, snap peas and broccoli are next. Soon we’ll be seeing peonies, lady’s mantel and columbine, then suddenly, we are in full swing.

We hope the intense colors of ripeness, the perfume of flowers, and the sweet promise of summer will draw you to our table.
