Kimberly Russo, Elaine Murphy and Marilyn Browne are making nuanced
contemporary food in a tiny farm town in southeast, MA. Not only cooking
it but growing it as well, planning what grows in the garden and what goes
on the plate at the same time.
To say that this kitchen is collaborative is an understatement.
This small staff of talented chefs came together in a roundabout way yet
work so closely and well together that it often seems as though they are
three parts of a single chef. Certainly this is reflected in the dinning room.
This kitchen has a penchant for bold flavors, classical interpretations and a
soft spot for a beautiful meal on a summers evening.
